My husband, Doug, is a retired Fire Chief from NH and wanted to pursue his dream of becoming a charter captain. I fished alongside of him almost every day and supported him every step of the way while he got his Captains License and started his charter company Firemen on the Fly. I soon realized that I loved to fish as much as him and in April of 2021 I also became a Captain. When asked what I wanted to do with my license I knew right away I wanted to teach others how to enjoy fishing as much as I did. My husband is an amazing and patient teacher and I knew I could be too.
